is an independent practitioner-researcher and consultant specializing in AI governance, accountability, and the socio-technical dimensions of technology.
Her work explores how cultural assumptions shape AI governance, drawing on Japanese perspectives as alternatives to purely Western-centric frameworks. This includes concepts such as the “Doraemon Model” and “Cooperative Alignment,” which examine how different cultural traditions may influence the design, governance, and social expectations of AI.
