This is not a technology story. This is a Socio-Technical story.
AI doesn’t just process data. It shapes decisions, relationships, and values. The question is never only “does it work?” but “whose values does it embed, and who bears the consequences?”
This is exactly why AI governance cannot be solved by technical compliance alone.
This is the core of my research and what I will be presenting at the 2nd International Conference on Large-Scale AI Risks at KU Leuven, Belgium, in June 2026.
